The first image of Hugh Jackman from the upcoming film "The Wolverine" has been released and the Australian actor - playing X-men mutant favorite Logan - is looking beyond good.

According to Coming Soon, "'The Wolverine' finds Logan, the eternal warrior and outsider, in Japan. There, samurai steel will clash with adamantium claw as Logan confronts a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed."
After a slew production snafus - director Darren Aronofsky left the production in 2011 and was replaced by James Mangold of "Walk the Line" fame - the movie is slated to
hit theaters on July 26, 2013
